Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and last-minute changes can occur. However, to better serve all clients, I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
Please note, there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% fee will apply.
Additionally, no extra guests are allowed.
